Manisa

Manisa is a province and city in Turkey. In history the region has been strategically important, prospering throughout the Byzantine, Selcuk and Roman eras.

The region has been home to many different religions, however, Christianity has risen and grown with John and Paul making visits and writing. In the bible there are 7 churches, these are spread across the Manisa province.

Manisa Turkey tourism is largely linked to the nearby large city of Izmir which most of the day trips start in.
