Grand Mosque
Grand Mosque in Harran is one of the oldest mosques built in Anatolia that is part of Islam, often know as Paradise Mosque. Built between 744 – 750 the entire layout was unearthed during excavations in 1983. Since it’s discovery it has been restored several times and still remains standing at 33.30 metres tall to the highest minaret.
